Mixing the cups is a phrase that is used to describe the word "abomination" mentioned in the Scripture. An abomination is where two things, which do not belong together, are mixed or placed together. These things are a abomination in the eyes of YHVH and He wants us to do the things He stated in His Word, without mixing it with pagan traditions.

Rev 16:19
And the great city came to be into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell. And great Babylon (Mixing and confusion) was remembered before God, to give to her the cup of the wine of the anger of His wrath.

We grow up in a culture full of traditional festivity. Many Christians today, celebrate these every year, but do we know the origin thereof? Did YHVH initiate these feasts and does He like us partaking in it? I have listed a few very popular feasts you all know, with insight in their roots and what they really stand for.

If you read this, remember that you have a responsibility before YHVH to seek the truth and do what is acceptable in His eyes. If you differ with me, feel free to follow your heart and do what you think is right.

Rev 18:3-6
because of the wine of the anger of her fornication which all the nations have drunk. And the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her. And the merchants of the earth became rich from the power of her luxury. (4) And I heard another voice from Heaven, saying, Come out of her, My people, that you may not be partakers of her sins, and that you may not receive of her plagues. (5) For her sins joined together, even up to Heaven, and God has remembered her unjust deeds. (6) Reward her as she has rewarded you, and double to her double, according to her works. In the cup which she mixed, mix double to her.
