This is a good video that describes the Pharisaical traditions and what the Oral Traditions were all about and what Paul and Yeshua taught against.

Please note:
He is not believing in Yeshua as the Messiah and is a Carite who only believe in the Torah and not the oral traditions of the Pharisees. I do not agree with his faith but he gives excellent background on the Pharisees and the Hebrew Scriptures.
